ROASTED SAUSAGE WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS:

½ kg of Toscana sausage. 4 medium rounded potatoes. 1 onion rings. Oregano, salt and olive oil.

HOW TO MAKE ROAST SAUSAGE:

Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C. Slice the onion into thin slices.

Peel and cut the potatoes into slices not too thin. In a large baking dish put olive oil. Make a bed with half the onions. Then place the sausages, place the potatoes between the sausages, place the other half of the onions and sprinkle with oregano. Put salt over the potatoes and olive oil.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees until sausage and potatoes are roasted. Your delicious sausage is ready !!!
