Feijão Tropeiro


150 g chopped bacon.

300 g of Fininha sausage fried and chopped.

1 cup of olive oil.

2 chopped onions.

6 cloves garlic, crushed.

500 g of cooked and drained Pinto beans.

4 fried whole eggs chopped.


1 1/2 tablespoons of cassava flour.

Salt and pepper to taste.


Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the bacon separately, then set aside.

In the same pan fry the onion and garlic, add the drained beans.

Add the bacon and the Fininha sausage, add the cassava flour and then the fried eggs.

Add plenty of parsley.

Set the salt and pepper, it is ready to serve
