In 1975, our family settled down at Guatapará farm, in the region of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil. A historic coffee producing farm. My Father, worked on this farm and there he produced artisanal sausages, coffee, bread varieties and cheeses, all made with our own farm ingredients, using fresh produce of great quality, as well as the finest seasonings grown in our gardens for own consumption.

In 2016 we moved to Canada and decided to put our recipes into practice, inspired by the culinary tradition of our family in the centennial Coffee Farm, we rescued the original recipes and started the independent production in our own kitchen. So here we are today, offering our specialty culinary products handcrafted with passion in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We continue to use our creativity and imagination to create combinations of even more unexpected exquisite flavors, all made in small batches with the finest ingredients.
